The building (Layout) and the whole production lines are provided in Turnkey based on Togo customer requirement.

I. Introduction on Spring Water Two Production Lines Project

   The production of products: spring water 

   Production capacity: 
          500 ml: 3,000 bottles / hour 
          1500 ml: 1700 bottles / hour 
          5 gallons: 160-200 barrels / hour 

    Packing form (PVC heat shrinkable film packaging): 
          500 ml and 1500 ml of PET bottles 
          5-gallon barrels

     Tags forms: plastic film materials, heat shrinkable. 

     Degree of automation: 
As a result of relatively low yield, the packaging line uses the manual method of bottle, 

all other equipment are connected by use of the conveyor belts. The entire production 

lines operate smoothly, belonging to a higher degree of automatic production lines.
